a view for the attention of Her Excellency Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu regarding the matter of the deportation of Nigerians illegally in the USA by the USA Administration

For the Attention of Her Excellency,  Mrs  Bianca Ojukwu : 

Respects, Your Excellency. 

with all due respect, President Trump was clear on the subject matter of deporting folks illegally in the USA during his election campaigns ( .. just as he had been clear earlier on before his first term as President that he would build a wall at the border of the USA ). 

Mr. Donald Trump, two term President of the USA has kept his word. 

His endeavour rests on the "illegal presence of folks in the USA" 

i.e 

on the fact that 

there are persons in the USA who are not citizens of the USA 

and 

are in the USA without possessing the required proper documentation that such folks should have to allow them entry in the USA 

in the first instance 

and 

in the second instance 

to allow them stay, reside, work, live, in the USA. 

with all due respect, i will leave it to the objective reader to conclude honestly within herself or himself whether on this point 

as it is 

he has a case or any validity. 

moving forwards from there, 

my major questions are : 

[1] is there an avenue within the USA via which an "illegal alien" 

i.e 

a non-USA citizen who is already in the USA 

... without the proper papers and permits to be there ... 

can rectify his/her situation and acquire the necessary papers and permits ? 

[2] if there is any such avenue, is it possible for general public enlightenment, awareness and education to be carried out so that folks can become aware and go and the required documentation / immigration status rectification ? 

[3] if there are none, is there a way to create one ? 

the issues with creating such avenues during this Trump Administration rest squarely on being able to convince Mr. Trump .. and perhaps also leading members of his Administration's ruling cabinet .. on the value of creating such a mechanism. 

Despite the reality that back in the day, my support 

.. such as it was with all it's limitations as a Negroland African located in Negroland Africa -- specifically Nigeria .. 

was clearly for 

Mrs. Hillary Clinton ( i.e @hillaryclinton ) 

and later on for 

Mr. Joe Biden ( i.e @joebiden ) 

and later on also for 

Mrs. Kamala Harris ( i.e @kamalaharris ), 

i have always viewed Mr. Donald Trump ( i.e @realdonaldtrump ) as 

a high achiever, 

a man of much means 

a fellow who does what he tells you that he is going to do. 

my worry had been whether he had the breadth to hold such powerful office with equity 

by which i mean that 

i have not been sure that 

a white aryan from a privileged background who holds a view as to the clear superiority of the caucasian race over all other races on earth may not accommodate with equanimity issues linked to the not so privileged of the earth e.g the Third World and it's humanity. 

Despite that my personal view, i have always acknowledged that 

Mr. Donald Trump 

.. for all of his shortcomings .. is 

a tough guy 

and in many ways 

a superior warrior. 

usually in whatever part of the earth they may be from, folks with the personal qualities and the sort of achievements records Mr. Donald J. Trump evinces / showcases are not folks to trifle with 

or 

infuriate 

or 

irritate 

and 

it is usually best to demonstrate valid reason as to why one wants their support on an issue. 

it is therefore my view that on this matter 

which was in fact touted in world media as 

"the greatest mass deportation in USA history" 

while Mr. Donald Trump was campaigning ahead of the elections, 

it will be of value to : 

[1] acknowledge that it is wrong .. moreso in the law .. for an individual to be illegally present in a country of which he/she is not a citizen 

[2] further acknowledge that it is wrong .. moreso in the law .. for an individual having gained entry into a country illegally to remain in that country either for purposes of economic survival or study or work without possessing the required papers that give the individual's continued stay in that country validity or legitimacy or legality. 

[3] propose a value containing resolution to Mr. Donald Trump ( i.e @realdonaldtrump ) and his Administration e.g illegal aliens may be required to pay a fee e.g $1000 to have the illegal immigrant status benevolently adjusted by USA Government Documentation procedures to legal alien status. 

The actual amount can be negotiated with Mr. Trump if he countenances the proposal. 

However, clearly, this route : 

(a) generates revenue for the USA Administration, 

(b) contains within it's process a validation of the veracity of the stand of Mr. Trump and the Trump Administration that 

there are folks who are in the USA illegally 

and that 

folks should not be illegally in the USA 

[ .. or any other country for that matter .. ] 

and is therefore 

a win-win route 

as it confers 

a toga of benevolence on the Trump Administration which has been described as draconian for it's stand on illegal aliens in the USA 

and also 

generates huge revenues for the USA Administration e.g 1,000,000 folks x $1000 = $1,000,000,000 i.e $1 billion.
